Terms

The deal, in plain words. Every quote links here, and accepting the quote means you agree to these terms.

Quotes

Every job gets a written quote with a fixed price, valid for 30 days. Your booking is confirmed when you accept it in writing, by email or text.

Payment

Jobs over $1,000 need a 50% deposit to book. Everything else, and any balance, is due within 7 days of delivery. No GST is charged.

Weather and flight rules

If weather or CASA rules stop a shoot, we move it to the next free date at no cost, or you can cancel for a full refund.

Cancelling

Cancel up to 48 hours before the shoot and any deposit comes back in full. After that, I keep only what covers booked time I can’t fill and work already done, up to the deposit, and refund the rest. If I have to cancel, you get a full refund.

Websites and AI

If you stop a project part way, you pay for the work done so far, you get that work, and any unused deposit comes back.

Monthly work

Socials, ads and care plans run month to month. Either of us can stop with 30 days’ notice.

Delivery

Delivery times on each page run from the shoot day. If I’m going to miss one, I’ll tell you before it’s due.

Photos and video

Work for a business: I keep the copyright in the photos and video, and you can use everything I deliver for your business, anywhere, with no time limit. Private work, like family or your own home: the photos and video are yours. I only show your work in my portfolio if you’re happy for me to.

Drones

Drone work is flown under CASA’s rules. Some places need approval or can’t be flown, and I’ll tell you before you book.

Your rights

Nothing here limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Changes

If these terms change, the new version never applies to a job you’ve already booked.
